Indigo Ludwig is a trained End-Of-Life Doula with the International End-Of-Life Doula Association and feels this work is a calling for them in life! With a Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, their interpersonal and facilitation skills are great assets as they engage with and are a companion to those that are transitioning into death and their circles of care.
Indigo spent years being an active energy worker in Richmond, VA with clients that frequented their healing touch, meditative, and somatic services. To this work, Indigo brings their passion for supporting others through periods of vulnerability and the unknown with an array of holistic processing tools.
When Indigo is not doing end-of-life care within the community, they are usually finding a yoga class, enjoying a nature walk, meditating, or baking a treat for their friends while dancing to a groovy playlist in the kitchen!
